There does come a point when the answer is an Anglo Saxon Wave

Prisons are a case in point for the different treatment of men and women. There are far too many minor offenders serving short prison sentences that increase reoffending rates and draw people into more serious crime. But women are failed particularly badly by a system that treats them as if they were men.

That’s past that point.

  1. “But women are failed particularly badly by a system that treats them as if they were men.”

Chance would be a fine thing. Women get far more lenient sentences than men do for exactly the same crimes. If a man and a woman are involved in a crime together you can bet your bottom dollar the man will get a longer sentence than the women.

  2. young black men in London have grown up in a society where they are 19 times more likely to be stopped and searched by police

Treating people differently based on their propensity for violet crime is RACIST.

Men are far more violent than women, and always have been.

Not treating people differently based on their propensity for violet crime is SEXIST.

ministers last month abruptly shredded a decade-long political consensus that we should be phasing out women’s prisons for all but the most dangerous offenders

One of those political consensuses – like Gorbal Worming, mass immigration, and tranny ishoos – where the public’s opinions are never considered because they don’t matter.

At the extreme end, women who kill their abusive partners in self-defence, after enduring years of physical violence and psychological torture with little help from the authorities, so often get long sentences for murder and manslaughter convictions while abusive men who kill women get shorter custodial sentences when they plead loss of control.

I’m pretty sure this is just a barefaced lie. According to the Ministry of Justice, women account for 27% of criminal convictions but only 5% of the prison population. Maths is definitely a Patriarchal plot, but still.

The ongoing obsession with women who kill (allegedly) abusive men tho… feminists have wanted to effectively make murder legal (for women) since the bra burning days and Valerie Solanas. They’re not satisfied with being allowed to kill their own children in utero.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t because they secretly want to assassinate men en masse (female antisocial behaviour is usually passive aggressive, such as in the case of abortion where the act of killing is outsourced to “medical” staff), it’s because women fundamentally hate, hate, haaaaatttteeee the idea of ever facing consequences for their own actions.

  3. …or that young black men in London have grown up in a society where they are 19 times more likely to be stopped and searched by police.

Young black men make up less than 10% of the population of London, but commit 48% of murders. So there’s that.

Women are far more likely to be criminalised than men for non-payment of a television licence

Then get on to the BBC, who have vehemently opposed the de-criminalisation of non-payment.

  4. violet crime- Ha, not long ago, asked for gordon’s, shopkeeper tried to offer me violet gin. I’ve a good mind to report them.

  5. Back in the Dark ages of DSM4 (diagnostic and statistical manual edition four, used by psychiatrists to classify patients) there were two types of mtf gender dysmorphics, those who genuinely preferred masquerading as women and those who got their sexual thrills from masquerading as women; I don’t know what the recorded ratio was. At the time some 60% of mtf trannies in jail were there for sexual offences, not the usual distribution of fraud, drug dealing, violent crime. Now that DSM5 has removed tranniedom as a mental disorder, will the % of women arrested for sexual crimes rise? Will the law be allowed to distinguish between the genetic code of perpetrators?

  6. “Women are far more likely to be criminalised than men for non-payment of a television licence”

Well, firstly, the people who can’t afford a TV license tend to be people with children and not much income, which is women.

Secondly, I’ll bet that the biggest group that don’t have a TV license are single men. Because every… fucking… thing on terrestrial TV is now made for women and camp gays. Soap operas, hospital shows, baking shows, craft shows, Simon Cowell type of stuff, shows about dog groomers, animal shows, cross-dressers. If you’re a single guy, you’ll spend the money on gaming, Netflix or porn.

  7. I’m a single guy, don’t have a TV licence, don’t spend money on gaming or porn. I subcribe to Netflix for a month whenever there is a new season of Shtisel or something else interesting, then let the subscription lapse. The past couple of months the youtube channel Cracking the cryptic has kept me busy, some of the hard puzzles can take 3 hours to solve (’cause I’m slow).

  8. @ BoM4
When I was a single man I didn’t have a TV, so I didn’t get “criminalised” for not having a TV licence. Simples.
Well, it should have been: I kept getting threatening letters from “TV Licensing” until I threatened to report them to the police.
There is a simplw reason why women are more likely to be “criminalised” for not paying for a TV licence – it is that far, far more of them watch TV without paying for a licence.

  9. I’d love to say let them have their way, unisex jails or whatever, the problem is when it inevitably fucks up they will just double down and do something stupider (and more expensive likely) to fix it rather than admit they were wrong.
There was a local story recently where a woman student was filmed in a toilet by another student and the police asked her if she wanted to press charges as it would ruin the mans life, what was never mentioned/discussed was that if they didn’t have co-Ed toilets this would never have happened in the first place.

And are stupid enough to let the ‘inspector’ into their houses. Instead of just telling him to bog off and not darken her door again.

  11. When I was first married, my wife phoned me at work:
    * I told you to pay the electricity bill, they’ve cut us off!
    # Why the **** did you let them in the house????
    * Let who in?
    # The leccy people!!!!
    * Eh? I never let anybody in.
    # So how the ***** have they cut us off????
    * I don’t know! They just have!

Turns out there’d been a power cut, and she assumed the leccy board had some sort of magic to cut us off without coming into the house and pulling the meter. But from her comments, SHE WOULD HAVE WILLINGLY LET THEM DO IT.
