Married men who don’t help out around the house tend to earn higher salaries than husbands who do more domestic chores, according to a new study.
Who would have thought such a thing could happen?

Who would have thought such a thing could happen?
Married men who earn a lot say sod that, get a cleaner.
There are a few possible explanations:
1. As above, they get a cleaner. Missus happy, fella happy
2. He is working shitlong hours and getting home at 8:30
3. Missus weighs up the trade off between extremely comfortable lifestyle and moaning about a few hours housework and makes a sensible decision.
So what used to be called “career-focused” or “dedicated to his job” is now called “disagreeableness”.
If my missus was constantly moaning about stuff I don’t do around the house, I’d be putting in longer hours at work.
Causation direction?
If they’re right, I can change my salary by changing the amount of housework I do.
Morons.
