Umm, yes, well…..

A member of the Rochdale gang who raped and groomed girls as young as 13 has said he should not be deported because he had not committed “that big a crime”.

Adil Khan, 51, and fellow gang member, Qari Rauf, 52, are fighting deportation by the Home Office, where they would be sent to Pakistan following convictions for serious sexual offences against young girls.

Khan, speaking through a translator, told an immigration tribunal hearing on Tuesday: “We are not that big a criminal. We have not committed that big a crime. I’m innocent. I’m not committing any crime. The journalists made us out to be big criminals.”

Sure, convicted criminal making a plea in court. Adjust expectations to suit.

But still, depends upon what you call a “big crime” really, doesn’t it?

  1. Of course they haven’t committed a crime.
They have simply abided by the standard operating procedure of muhamad and their culture when it comes to the treatment of non moslems, are therefore innocent of any wrongdoing and are in fact, being persecuted for their religion.

  2. Punishment for rape in Pakistan under the Pakistani laws is either death penalty or imprisonment of between ten and twenty-five years. For cases related to gang rape, the punishment is either death penalty or life imprisonment. Wikipedia.

  3. Pakistan gets some things right, although I wonder how many rapists get convicted.

These animals should have all been hanged and their families deported.

If someone from an ethnic minority had committed that sort of atrocity in Pakistan, said minority would no longer exist.

  4. @RichardT:

Well, the authorities didn’t regard it as a big crime.

    True.

    @Patrick:

Just put him in the general prison population here. He’d last a week.

Given the makeup of the Prison population, it’s more likely he’d receive a heroes welcome.

  5. He complains that journalists following him are making his life hell. So they are some use, after all.

  6. Just the fact that he needed an interpreter means he should be deported anyway. I wonder if he needed an interpreter when carrying out the rapes and grooming…

  7. Would it not be prudent to castrate them before deportation? Pakistani women and girls deserve protection.

  8. The whole mindset of the bloke simply proves he doesn’t belong here..

Off to Goatfuckistan you go , mate..
