We are saved, saved

However, Meghan Markle might be returning to the UK — and for a very special reason.

As per The Sun, Markle will reportedly attend the 2022 GQ Men of the Year Awards in person, where she is expected to receive an honorary award for her charity work. “Meghan has been offered one of the top awards of the evening so it’s a massive coup for her,” an insider claimed.

  1. Hang on. There are approximately 33 million men in the country who are more qualified to receive a Man of the Year award. Somebody should tell her to get to the back of the queue. 🙁

Boy, if that doesn’t get Charlie to let her back into the fold, nothing will…

I should also note that any award that gets her out of the USA for even one day, is something I can embrace and support.

  3. That would be the charity work she does with her husband, though hard to fault them giving it to her over him given their relationship

  4. This would be the establishment definition of charity whereby you get the government to give you money so that you can have a nice comfortable living while handing out just enough of it to make the occasional public donors feel good. It’s the modern equivalent of sending the useless kids to the nunnery/monastery, now you send them to charities or set one up for them to live off

  5. Thanks BniC. That does explain not only the idiocy of the policies of NGO’s, but why TPTB pay attention to them.

What day is it? Maybe we can arrange a terrorist attack so they close the borders?
