Here Kitty, Kitty

The word “woman” could be erased from specialist NHS clinics dealing with female health issues under proposed new transgender inclusivity rules.

A report proposing new NHS treatment guidelines in Scotland suggests “a general move away from gendered healthcare” and warns that trans people are put off attending services if they are targeted at a certain sex.

It states that trans men may feel “really uncomfortable” if they have to attend a “women’s health clinic” for services such as contraception or cancer screening programmes.

Forgive me for wondering this – mindbleach – but how many transmen are there? Further, how many are then having invasively penile sex? And for this the health care for wimmins bits must be renamed?

  1. The National Trust in Stowe are making vegan fruit scones. Whoopee, they aren’t particularly nice to eat though as both taste and texture suck, so much so they’re scones in the same way that soya ‘milk’ is milk.

Obviously I choose to eat the normal fruit scones. Except there aren’t any…

  2. Bloke in the Fourth Reich

Phraseologies like “women’s health”, “feminine hygiene” are already euphemisms.

I propose renaming it to the “Clit, Fanny and Muff Department”.

NN, because many of them are not transsexual, but have fully functioning gonads of their “sex assigned at birth”, and the transsexual bit is more about taking the bedroom dress-up kink into the real world, in a way that squirrel suit wearers would never condone.

We need to redirect the ire, and corral it between the fully committed, real, all-in (or rather, all off), unquestionably genuine transsexuals and the LARP brigade.
