As Bloke in Spain says:
Legal experts call for new UK offence of inducing sexual activity by deception
And, yes, tittypushers could well fall under the sort of description of the offence they’re talking about:
John Child, co-director at the CLRN Network and professor of criminal law at the University of Birmingham, said: “It would have to be something where you’re deceiving somebody and the intention is to induce a sexual activity by that deception. But not only that, you have to know as the defendant that what you’re saying is important to that other party.
“So if it’s just part of your sort of chat-up lines, that’s one thing but if you know, for example, the person is wearing, let’s say, religious dress and so it becomes obvious that your religion will will be very important to them, then acts of deception as to that aspect is much more likely of course to then lead to the offence being committed.”
So, tell me you know nothing about human sexuality without telling me you know nothing about human sexuality.
Jeez, you can’t even explain the difference between menstruation and oestrus without invoking deceit.
for example, the person is wearing, let’s say, religious dress and so it becomes obvious that your religion will will be very important to them
Nice burkha, wanna fuck?
“I promise I won’t come in your mouth.”
Caveat Fututor.
So I drive a Capri with leopard print seat covers ‘cos it makes women think i’ve got a big girthy knob, and a woman later finds out i’ve got the testosterone levels of a kitten.
Imprisonment for deception it is then.
Or a woman wears a sexy flowing west african number which makes me aroused and think i’d like to find out where she’s really from. And it turns out to be Hackney.
Sentenced for 2 years.
“That bra is illegal – remove it immediately”
Thus compounding the problem!
Is it transitive? If I tell John that I’m a wealthy doctor, and he tells his daughter who ends up sleeping with me, then have I committed sex fraud?
Speaking of transitive things, where do trannies stand on “inducing sexual activity by deception”? If they don’t disclose their transition, presumably that’s fraud too? Prepare for outrage all round.
If they make this retrospective then a lot of the “Harrier pilots” from the Ark Royal are in trouble.
It reminded me of a song I heard a long time ago so I searched for it and found this on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcO9FDSHngQ
In case the algorithm deletes the link it’s “Side By Side – George Younce”
Julia’s on top of this one:

Thank you for drawing my attention to that, Tim. I am, of course, a regular worshipper at The Holy Church of the Big Norks. I have a T-shirt to that effect. I will henceforth make a point of wearing it. Now can we work blasphemy into the accusation?
Well I think among myriad other problems the country has the profusion of nonsensical research is one that although not high profile is causing unforeseen consequences all across the piece. A proper review of academic institutions and their research output is long overdue, before we even start on sockpuppets in the third sector. Not a single penny of taxpayers money should be given to the institutions or organizations that commissioned this study. Idiotic doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Presumably would apply to blokes in frocks too?
