  1. I was approached by an outsourced arm of the BBC to work for them, but then their HR people intervened and said that I would be counted as a hidden employee ( I was already contracting for a sister company ).

    How does Jug Ears and all the rest get away with it ?

  2. Otto, common trick is being your own production company.
    Be an employee on your main gig, then do the side jobs through the company front.
