But Matey

On Monday morning, Willoughby tweeted:

I want you all to think for a moment what the equivalent racial or religious insults would be to what I am being called today. Triggered by JK Rowling – which has encouraged some national broadcasters to join in. All deliberately misgendering me. Disgrace. @northumbriapol

— India Willoughby (@IndiaWilloughby) March 18, 2024

1) We’re not misgendering, simply descrobing reality.

2) Even if we we’re we’re allowed to.

  1. Happy to call her a transwoman, she has at least had the chop. It’s the ones that demand similar consideration 5 minutes after first slapping on some lippy and a dress you have to watch out for 🙁

  2. There is no such thing as ‘misgendering’, it is a bullshit term made up by people who are, at the very best, profoundly mentally ill. Many of them, and I reckon this applies to the majority of the blokes in frocks brigade, are malignant, inadequate perverts and misogynists.

As asiaseen says, Willoughby is a eunuch in a blouse. Nothing he does or says, nor any amount of pandering, will make him anything else.

I’m tempted to join twitter, just to mock the Scotch National Socialists’ new law.

  3. On April 1st, tweets describing a dickless bloke as a dickless bloke become crimes in Scotland, regardless of where it’s tweeted. When JK and hundreds/thousands of others perform this crime, will McPlod go after the high profile billionaire, or some mug who can’t afford a lawyer?

How do the authorities intend to prosecute everyone in the world who believes hurty things?

  4. The real fun thing about this is that Rowling has clearly indicated she will not ever take her words back, and is prepared/preparing to actually throw liberal amounts of oil on that particular fire.

Presumably to force the busybodies to actually arrest her/take her to court over this..

    This’ll be fun….

  5. A Man’s A Man For A’ That.

Rajan Barot, a former fraud prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service, warned Rowling on social media on Sunday about the new legislation’s start date and that “any posts up after that are amenable to prosecution in Scotland”.

Rajan Bardot seems to be an unemployed Diversity hire, according to xir LinkedIn. No, even I don’t think the coppers are going to arrest you for social media posts from 10 years ago. Nice try, Bridget.

Mr Barot encouraged Willoughby to continue making reports about the author to the police, saying it “becomes more and more difficult” for them to “bury their head in the sand if they are constantly confronted with evidence of crimes against you”.

They’re not sending their best, are they folks?

Rowling has regularly denied being transphobic, saying she believes people should be able to live their lives as they please.

I used to agree that people should be able to live their lives as they please. Turns out that means they refuse to leave me, my children, or my money alone, so:

Lions, helicopters and crucifixes please. Oh my!

AndyF – Aerosmith’s Dude Looks Like A Lady now carries a minimum 15 year prison term.

Grikath – JK Rowling has Fuck You money and better lawyers than the Scottish Government. I’m also expecting Harry Potter levels of entertainment.

    Expelitrannies!

And no doubt something similar will top the King’s Speech when he opens Parliament for the expected Labour government. Of course it won’t have been in their manifesto, if the issue is mentioned in there at all it will be bland words.

JK Rowling really does look like she’s spoiling for a fight and knows what she’s doing. Some lawyers have been through all her Tweets and had to admit thy couldn’t find anything anti Trans.

  7. I was designated male at birth on account of having a knob, and was raised as male. I have no recollection of any previous life. I know what it is to be me, but I have no knowledge of what it is to be anyone else, although society obliges me to guess on occasions. How can I then decide that not only am I dissatisfied with being a man (not really knowing what it is to be a man, only to be myself) but that I would be happier being a woman (again having no idea at all what being a woman feels like because I can only ever know what it means to be me)? Surely we need some sort of catch-22 here where anyone requesting a gender-change should immediately be disallowed one on the basis of insanity?

I suspect it’s all about the clothes and the lippy giving a sexual thrill. Back in the day they used to settle for dressing up at the weekend, and that scratched the itch.

India Willoughby says: I’m 100% a biological woman and female

So when India Willoughby put India Willoughby’s penis inside a woman’s vagina and fathered a son, that was a biological woman inseminating another biological woman with her female sperm.

    Science is amazing.

  9. Here’s a question. Since this is a matter of Jockish law & Rowling is a UK citizen living in England under English law, which is different, would she have to extradited to Jockistan to stand trial? Should she seek asylum in England?

  10. “JK Rowling lives in Scotland”

But BiS’s point stands, what if she didn’t? Would it make any difference if she lived in London? Her tweets are visible in Scotland, as are all the tweets of the entire world, so are the Scots attempting to police the entire globe?

  11. Jim – “the Scots” have little to do with this. Their head politician and the guy who introduced this law is a UK-born Pakistani who has gone on record to express his hatred for white people.

No, Police Scotland won’t try to extradite people from Carlisle. But the “English” police are already well trained in harassing women (see: Caroline Farrow) and annoying private citizens by phoning them up to demand to “check their thinking”.

Like with the “conversion ban” that’s supported by Theresa May, the Labour Party and, apparently, the Royal Family. It’s only a matter of time before we put men in cages for trying to save their daughters from transgender.

  12. ” “the Scots” have little to do with this. Their head politician and the guy who introduced this law is a UK-born Pakistani who has gone on record to express his hatred for white people.”

The Scottish people voted for him, and his party. They can’t escape the blame.

  13. Jim – Humza Useless has the same democratic mandate Rashee Sunak has, i.e. none.

We live in a sham democracy much like Russia, but with less popular support, so I don’t blame the voters at all.

Not their fault everyone they should be able to trust is lying to them all the time, or that government does whatever it wants after fake “consultations”.

  14. O/T but with the change of first minister in Wales, we now have a triumvirate of brownish-coloured leaders.

  15. “I want you all to think for a moment what the equivalent racial or religious insults would be to what I am being called today.”

I don’t care. If I want to call Jorge “Francis” Bergoglio a dago papist, that is my right. The law is supposed to protect our rights and provide redress for actual, demonstrable, quantifiable harm, not to enforce politeness.

  16. @asiaseen

‘O/T but with the change of first minister in Wales, we now have a triumvirate of brownish-coloured leaders.’

Four if you count the gay fascist currently destroying Ireland.

  17. “But I didn’t vote for any of this,” cried the Briton.

“LOL,” said the ridiculous foreign popinjay sent to rule you, “ROFL”.

  18. ” Humza Useless has the same democratic mandate Rashee Sunak has, i.e. none.”

The Scots electorate voted for the SNP when it had made its intentions totally clear on all the woke BS. Its been attempting this sort of sh*t for years, since Sturgeon took charge, so it really has nothing to do with Hamza Yousef. He’s just the bag holder for a set of policies and general attitudes that pretty much 1 in 2 Scots voted for in 2021 (SNP got 47.7%, Greens, who are even nuttier, got 1.3%). Anyone north of the border knew exactly what they were voting for, and deserve all the blame to go with it. Hamza Yousef is undoubtedly a nasty racist and woke fascist, but he wouldn’t be where he was if the Scots people hadn’t voted for the parties that are inhabited by such people.

  19. Correction, Jim: One in (slightly less than) three Scots. 47.7% of those of us who could be arsed to vote chose these bastards. But only 63.5% of us could.

And by Holyrood standards, that’s a high turnout. It averages about 55%. “Oor parliament”, indeed.

(Yes, yes, “presumed consent” and all that shite. But we all know it’s bollocks. The fact is, a considerable contingent of us never asked for the damned place, actively voted against setting it up, and want nothing to do with it. Now, that may be a flawed way of thinking when it clearly wants everything to do with us, but it remains the case.)

  20. Jim – I will very possibly go to my grave defending the victims from victim-blaming.

In a managed “democracy” such as exists in the United Kingdom today, the public doesn’t have a real choice and is kept deliberately ignorant of important facts by a multi-billion pound mass media infrastructure that works 24/7 to keep the public ignorant and confused. Along with an increasingly effective panoply of measures to demonetise, deplatform, debank and ultimately jail or kill anybody who looks like upsetting the status quo.

The British people have no more say over what happens to them than rape victims of grooming gangs do.

  21. Steve,

“In a managed “democracy” such as exists in the United Kingdom today, the public doesn’t have a real choice and is kept deliberately ignorant of important facts by a multi-billion pound mass media infrastructure that works 24/7 to keep the public ignorant and confused. Most people just aren’t that curious. I knocked on plenty of doors as a libertarian and talked about the lockdowns, talked about the cost of them, talked about choice, and less than 20 of the bastards voted for me. They’re probably bitching about how they have to wait so long for NHS treatment or their taxes now. They want to spend their time watching Strictly or the Football rather than learning who Milton Friedman or Art Laffer are. And they vote for the nice man in a suit who sounds plausible.

  22. Which of the following women would you prefer to have sucking your d1ck?

    India Willoughby
    Carrie Marshall
    Munroe Bergdorf
    Dylan Mulvaney

Precisely. We get the government we deserve, because we (as a collective) don’t take democracy seriously. So I say the electorate are entirely complicit in all the sh*t that goes down, because they refuse to vote for anyone who stands against it, or they refuse to vote at all. Everyone has the opportunity.

Yes the media and all the forces of the Establishment are against change, well, duh! But if you or I can see the truth, then everyone else can too, and if they can’t their failure to do so makes them complicit in what happens as result.

  24. But if you or I can see the truth, then everyone else can too

But they can’t. What part of The Bell Curve made you think we’re surrounded by philosopher-kings? Half the electorate is women, ffs.

I suppose, in a way, tricking not very bright people out of their property and future could be blamed on the gullible.

But that’s like blaming the boys who got turned into donkeys and pressed into slavery in Pinocchio.

Personally I blame the thieves, liars, perverts, and other such helicopter ballast.

WB – People can only be what they are. If you live in The Shire, don’t expect Farmer Maggot to be like the boys on the front in Osgiliath.

  25. “I’m 100% a biological woman and female”

While you were transitioning did the surgeon modify your pelvic bone as well? Because if not, anyone who uncovers your skeleton – while digging at some point in the future – will take one look at the shape of it and deduce that it belonged to a male of the species…

  26. “I suppose, in a way, tricking not very bright people out of their property and future could be blamed on the gullible.”

By definition half the population is above average intelligence. If it was pure brain power that determined whether people could be ‘tricked’ or not there would be a 50% voting bloc for the Truth Party.

There isn’t such a bloc because it isn’t intelligence that determines whether a voter will be gulled or not, its their own personality vices – greed (vote for me I’ll give you X), envy (vote for me and I’ll tax people richer than you), fear (vote for me, I’ll stop [insert manufactured bogeyman here]), laziness (I can’t be arsed to vote) etc etc. Lots of people with letters after their name are all in favour of Net Zero (for example), and lots of people who left school at 16 can see its a stupid idea.

So the reason people keep voting for the same old sh*t is down to their own failings, not lack of brain power. You don’t have to be greedy, envious or lazy, but if you are its your fault, no-one else’s, and the consequences of your failings are on you too.

  27. There isn’t an equivalent racial or religious insult.

‘Misracializing’ someone is so ridiculous that if you did it no one would assume you were trying to insult someone (distinct from someone trying to *be* insulted).
