It looks like they really need a proofreader at least.
Studies have shown that women, people of color and the LGBTQ+ community are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
…. so we will accept someone with the required skill set or preferably a high “diversity score” .
At least the job description offers support to anyone whose grammar prompts them to ask, “Is it because I is black?”

That was a digital experience and a half.
In the US government, that is what constitutes a standard job description. The person writing the description may have had something, written in standard English, describing what the job entailed. Then, the xir in HR took it and made it “punchy” to fit the block on the USAJobs web site. And people wonder how we end up with crap civil servants.
