Outsourcing train cleaners is racist, the RMT rail union has said.
The union said that it wanted to end “exploitative” agency hiring on the railways.
Agency workers are less likely to be union members. Any old excise will do.

Chat GPT, what’s a polite way of saying “I’m not being done out of a nice job by a gang of fuckin’ niggers”?
“Agency workers are more likely to be from ethnic minorities than staff”
Just… breathtaking.
The whole problem (historically, not sure now) with railways is how, like a lot of old unionised industries, you got a way in because of who your dad/brother/uncle/mate was. And there was a time when the unions objected to black workers.
Wouldn’t that mean that, by definition, it’s the *rail* that is racist?
I mean, they don’t have sufficient representation while the agencies do.
@Agammamon
Careful, this is how you get DEI train drivers.
Yes, *if the reason why they outsource the cleaning is because the agency workers are much more likely to come from ethnic minorities* then it is racist. BUT I’ve been told that it is impossible to have anti-white racism so the left has got itself in a twist over this
