I remember your Typepad days. Has it really been as long as that??

As they say over at Thompson’s place – ping.

(Now you have to come up with something dry and witty).

I’ve been with you at least 15 years, possibly more (previously paul ilc). You entertain and educate, even when I disagree with you (which is not that often).

Think i’ve been here about 15 years. What happened to Tim Newman (and was he also The Remittance Man).

I think I came here in 2005. If not 2006. It was a different world then. Well done Tim – good shift.

Actually reading your headline (sorry) it must have been later than that obviously, but very early. I remember finding you via the Coppersblog, with the inimitable PC David Copperfield. Time flies.

Congratulations on longevity, there’s not many of the original bloggers around as the broken links in the sidebar testify.

Thanks for all the education and entertainment.

Not sure how long I’ve been lurking and occasionally posting…

I enjoy your insight to stuff I barely understand and the comments are always a treasure.

When I first found you is lost in the mists of time, but I need to get my fix of sanity and logic every morning to enable me to deal with an ever more insane world…
Thanks.

Legal drinking age in every US state is 21. FedGov threatened to take highway repair bucks away from every state that didn’t raise the age.

This implies that spud has been around for a similar length of time… Should we call round to congratulate him?

I remember Typepad. I found this blog while looking for a counterweight to those twin stupid fuckers Polly Toynbee and Yasmin Alibi Brown and been reading it ever since. Congratulations Tim.

Well done Tim.

Think I found you on Typepad originally from the “Burning our Money” blog (which is another blog sadly missed).

Like others I look to you as an antidote to the shit storm that is today’s world.

Keep it up.

Not sure when I first came across you Tim, but at least 10 years ago, when I was researching a counterblast to Professor Spud, who was being cited in a humanist forum.

Thanks for all your output. I’m enjoying your latest book, too!

I think I came to Tim’s via Biased-BBC. That’s still going, isn’t it? And regretfully, so’s the biased BBC. A.lthough compared with 18 years ago the bias has gone from strength to strength.

I vaguely recall the Typepad days. I switched to WordPress in 2006, but transferred the old stuff over from 2004 when I started, so all about the same time. There aren’t many of us left standing now. Congratulations.
