The unnamed husband and wife, who are in their late 60s, came to Britain to visit their daughter and son-in-law in 2022.
But two months later they claimed asylum, and when this was denied by the Home Office they successfully appealed.
The husband told an immigration tribunal he was suffering from depression, severe anxiety, hypertension and diabetes and suggested he was “unwilling” to access care in the South Asian nation.
An asylum judge agreed that sending them back would breach their human rights.
He barely needs access to health services. It’s all about free housing and free money (neither of which we have enough of for the needs of our indigenous population) along with gaining the all-important foothold for an extended family to “reunify” and pig out on more of the same.
I am slightly surprised it applies to Sri Lanka (only 10% Muslim) as opposed to the usual suspects.

We should breach the “human rights” of “asylum judges”.
Start by abolishing their jobs.
Start by housing a random sampling of the people they’ve ruled in favour of in their immediate neighborhood.
