Indeed but that’s breach of copyright, not child or woman abuse. Almost all of the AI stills you see on that page if you show them could have been made by someone competent with Photoshop and the right combination of source images, but that takes time and skill, so cost. AI simply makes it near-instant, so cheap. Something similar (but even more so) can be said for moving image, and voices can be faked.
I can certainly imagine an AI clip of Kate doing the Meg Ryan orgasm in When Harry Met Sally. Mmm, there’s a thought.

The problem with that was always that producing the kiddie porn required child sex abuse, but if AI videos are sufficiently realistic, that isn’t a problem.
It could be a harm-free way of reducing harm to others. But it’s a rather icky one, so people don’t want it.
