In Singapore there is a mob of women called “helpers” i.e. domestic servants, effectively nanny-cum-cook-cum-cleaner. They make life much easier for couples who both work.
Singapore gives visas for helpers only to citizens of certain nations: Philippines OK, Indonesia not OK, and so on. It seems to work.
A birth rate of 0.87 suggests tha it doesn’t.
