I see that it has been changed. They haven’t changed the table though, which shows Ireland having lost four matches and won three, a remarkable performance in a six team tournament.

The solution might be to scrap archaic scoring methods like a points table for steady achievement. I was devastated when Formula E scrapped Fan Boost.
He’s not wrong (in principle) – the 3 clear tries system is far better IMO, though it’s unclear to me why bonus points are necessary anyway. Maybe they encourage more tries? Dunno.
