If we were to just slightly edit this

Boys learn by watching how the men they respect treat their partners, female colleagues, women on the street. Now is the time for those men to step up

Therefore we are going to slap around the head any man who insists on daughters wearing the hijab etc.

The G would denounce it as hate speech, wouldn’t they?

It rather explains a lot about the black ‘community’ doesn’t it?

I did. I still do. My long-standing male friends are mostly similar to me. This was the trend, until we became envibranced.

I can remember being in a London pub sometime in the 70s. A geezer at the bar was roughing up his accompanying skirt. Until a bloke sitting a nearby table got up & decked him. Whereupon he closely escaped being glassed by the woman.
That said, I’ve always believed in treating women with respect even if they don’t deserve it. That shows confidence & style. And if you have those two you can have them eating out of your hand.

” Treat a lady like a broad and a broad like a lady.”

Generally good advice IMO, I can’t remember where I heard it but it stuck.

Or, as The Don says, you can grab them by the pussy. I never understood that all women have a pet cat about their person.

The thing where he said that, to me it always sounded like a high-school nerd who could not believe how lucky he’d been in life. Not at all like the Chad that some suggested it portrayed.

I figured he was talking about groupies. There are groupies around the ultra-wealthy just like there are around rock stars and athletes.

Trump ran the Miss Universe contests, which are a gateway into extremely lucrative and glamorous careers in modelling and acting (and these days, promoting/selling in the glamour and fashion industries). It’s the old ‘casting couch’ effect.

It was well known that being attractive and available got you further than merely being attractive, and there were plenty of women who were willing to use that to get ahead of the competition.

Also women seem to like rich, powerful, confident alpha males for some reason. Who knows why?

What he’s talking about is how sexual attraction can affect relationships with people. We all know that a good looking woman will get preference from men. We talk about blokes being cunt struck. It’s the other side of the coin. Trump’s a confident guy with his own style. Women find that sexually attractive He knows that.& uses it.

Where’s the notion about mothers teaching their daughters it’s generally a *very* bad idea to get drunk at a male frat party? Agree to a threesome with complete strangers? Go upstairs to the Boy’s Bedroom? etc?

Have you noticed that boys and men are always lectured on how they should treat women and girls but women and girls are never lectured on how they should treat boys and men?

I hope I’ve taught mine to let boys down gently. Partly just as a matter of decency, but also because you never know how the boy might react if the letting down is less than gentle.

Good work. Some women/ girls seem to revel in being nasty about it in the knowledge that they’re largely protected from consequences.

Could be… I’ve only younger brothers, and two of the aunts ( mum’s younger sisters) only girls..

We got the Lectures, from *both* ends of the equation several times over due to the various ages of us.
With the stern admonition that if *any* of us were stupid enough to Break the Basic Rules we
a) would have to bear the Consequences.
b) we’d have 1 ( one) Mum, and 2 (two) Aunts in “full-on “What. Did. We. Tell. You.” mode.

So maybe I’m atypical in my upbringing, or *maybe* kids should get the straight basics at the right age, along with …not lining in fear of…. but… having a healthy respect for… the Wrath of the Mums… Aimed at your own damned stupidity.

And no… the male parental units were absolutely worthless when it came to “showing us” how to deal with women..

I remember once on a drunken night in Magaluf, I agreed to a threesome with a girl I ‘liked’. Don’t remember agreeing to anything with her mate, but she turned up. Anyway, their treatment of me was disgusting and degrading.
Happy days.

Double jeopardy here – as you rightly point out – Hinsliff (marginally less objectionable than Marina Hyde or Polly Toynbee but heavy emphasis on the word marginal) – all three could do with being abducted and blindfolded and dropped in ISIS territory to learn about the true threat to women.

Or they could speak to the survivors of grooming gangs, even in London where the number of victims – orchestrated by people who contributed to Sadiq Khan’s election – looks like surpassing even Bradford – may be as high as six figures, possibly 7.

Alternatively, in some cases having been the victims of cancel culture at the hands of Big Trans and other Big Gay representatives they may want to consider their treatment of men opining on what are traditionally ‘women’s’ topics – all are aggressive advocates of cancel culture and fail to see the second or third order consequences of such advocacy

The problem with this case is some of the text messages going on:-

https://www.cbsnews.com/newyork/news/text-messages-reveal-new-details-in-alleged-gang-rape-at-cornell-university/?intcid=CNR-01-0623

The man started by apologizing for “how things went down.” He said his memory is “kinda fuzzy,” and that he and another man feel bad for being too intoxicated to “shut it down and kick people out before it got way out of hand.”

The woman in the text chain replied that her memory is “super clouded too,” and said they had all been heavily intoxicated.

She also wrote, “non(e) of the sexual stuff was illegal.” She said she liked being with him and another man. Later, she suggested they smoke together again, “but like leave out the extra 5 billion men and ketamine.”

There’s a big difference between “help… rape” and being on the fence and saying “oh, go on then” and regretting it later.

If a woman was actually part of a gang rape, where a couple of guys duped her, and brought in the football team, I don’t think she’d be talking like this to one of the guys. Which is probably why the campus police didn’t bother.

Assuming these texts are real, the defence in any case will have a field day with the words “memory is super clouded too”. Everything you say in testimony is shot. But the prosecution will happen just so politicians can show they’re on the side of women.

The alleged victim seems to have changed her story:

He went on to say: “Jane Doe’s sworn statement in November of 2024 did not allege that she was drugged against her will or gang raped. On the contrary, Jane Doe’s statement described her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious, and consensual.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/sep/28/cornell-fraternity-investigation-alleged-gang-rape

I’m not saying that the two incidents are the same but does anyone else remember the Duke Lacrosse incident?

“The accuser, Crystal Mangum…”

I read that as Crystal Magnum, “stripper name!”, and was not let down. It then got worse….

“Boys learn by watching how the men they respect treat their partners, female colleagues, women on the street. Now is the time for those men to step up.”

Boys used to have those – called Dads. Now Dad has been replaced by the State as Mum has decided she doesn’t need a husband to support her and offspring, and rather than a family she wants a career.

I’ll never forget seeing a young black boy with his obviously single mum at a bus stop. He was, I don’t know, somewhere between 10 and 13. He was verbally abusing her. I can’t recall what he was saying but it dripped contempt and incipient violence.

She was emollient and helpless. I watched it for three or four minutes. Not sure what to do. I felt there was a real risk that intervention by me would make it worse. But I settled on a policy of staring at him with the same contempt with which he treated her. He did not notice to begin with. But after about a minute, around about the time their bus turned up, he started to notice.

They got on the bus. I continued staring at him, and he walked to the back of the bus so he could catch my stare. He knew he was being condemned by it, I have no doubt of that. But did he care? I hoped he did, and that it might act as a check on him.

As he looked back from the rear window, I think I perceived on his face only rage and, perhaps, a feeling that if the bus had not taken him away, and if he’d seen me stare earlier, he’d had tried to have a pop at me.

As I say, about 10 to 13 years old.

Ages ago and I would not recognise him again. Not that I’ll ever know, but it would not surprise me if he ends up killing her, or someone else.

Many years ago in a different life, I worked with a black guy who, after I’d got to know him fairly well, would regale me with stories of the horrible beatings he would receive as a child from his single mother as well as his grandmother and other female rellies. He seemed to regard this as quite normal. TBH it’s a wonder they all don’t end all up going postal.

That’s a side of things I did not really know of. Interesting, and depressing for all of the usual sorts of reasons.
