Hate crimes in Manchester rise to fewer than toll of dead and injured

This evening it emerged that hate crime in Manchester has doubled since the terror attack which killed 22 people on Monday.
Greater Manchester Police bosses said the number of reports had risen from 28 to 56 since Salman Abedi set off a nail bomb at Manchester Arena.
Chief Inspector Ian Hopkins called for the city to stand up against hate and ensure any incidents are quickly reported to the police.
He said: ‘Manchester has come together this week but it is important we continue to stand together here in Greater Manchester against the hate-filled views we have seen from small minorities of the community.
‘We had 28 reports of hate crime on Monday, which is the average, but it rose to 56 reports on Wednesday, although we cannot directly link that to the attack.

22 dead, plus one suicided bomber, and 120 injured.

  1. “Hate Crime”. I’ll put good money on at least half being hoaxes by local muslims and the other half being nothing more than sharp words. Not one crime was actually committed.

I saw an idea on Adam Piggotts blog, tagging these sorts of people with a simple #collaborator on twitter. I think this is a splendid idea.

  2. When someone talks about something rising or falling from fuck all to fuck all but wants to make a fuss about it, it’s almost always phrased this way.

  3. The hate crime thing is bollocks simply because it’s based on the perception of the person reporting it, e.g. burka woman gets a funny look in the street. Then there’s the fuckers who report stuff people said on Twitter and Nigel Farage’s “Breaking Point” poster.

And what does “Manchester has come together this week” actually mean? Or is it just some nonsense platitude like “defiant in the face of terror”? How does this help?

  4. “We had 28 reports of hate crime on Monday, which is the average, but it rose to 56 reports on Wednesday, although we cannot directly link that to the attack.”

So 28 is the average, but what’s the normal range? A bit of cherry-picking statistics going on here as well? Anything that fits their narrative.

  5. Bloke in Wiltshire

There used to be a time when the police didn’t mention this sort of thing, when they were actually sympathetic to (while not condoning) anger. They got that say, English people would tell Irish people to “fuck off Paddy” after a bombing.

  6. Pat,

Muslims blowing up people in the name of their religion is terrorism, and most definitely not Islamic terrorism, but does not constitute a hate crime because the dead and dismembered are mainly whites. White people looking askance at Muslims is a hate crime. White people pointing out true facts about the ridiculous Islamic cult, e.g. Mo was a ped, thief, murderer, etc., is also a hate crime.

White men are at the bottom of the victimology league table, i.e. they can only ever be perpetrators of hate, never its victims. By contrast, Muslims are at the top, they are perpetual victims and can never be perpetrators, even when pushing gays off the top of tall buildings.

  7. Richard,

In this case I’m prepared to assume that plod is guilty of ignorance rather than acting deliberately. The filth can’t spell statistics, let alone understand the implication of concepts such as range and standard deviation.

  8. It’s lazy to recycle postings but in this case it fits:

There can be no victory over bearded murder without victory over the left.

The ranks of top bluebottles are rotten with CM stooges.

Under the rule of Bliar thro’ Camoron and Dress Up that is how you got to be a top copper. Sucking up to the Senior branch of cultural Marxism —anti-racism—- ie anti-white hatred. A large part of which is kow tow-ing to the RoP.

Those set to battle terror are, at the top (which is where it matters), themselves useless and chicken-hearted creatures of the very leftist creed that has set us up for all the trouble in the first place.

Indeed the British Army of the Montgomery-Massingberd era was willing and well-prepared to serve the nations interests compared to the shower under the Home Office and Dress Up May today.

  9. No doubt with the cuts to police numbers and budgets there won’t be anyone able to investigate these “hate” crimes.

  10. Henry Crun,

Unfortunately, for the filth, so-called hate crimes are a higher priority than burglaries, non-hate assaults, car crime, etc. Pretty much, if it affects white people, take a number.

  11. ‘Manchester has come together this week but it is important we continue to stand together here in Greater Manchester against the hate-filled views we have seen from small minorities of the community.’

    Endeavor to persevere.

‘We thought about it for a long time, “Endeavor to persevere.” And when we had thought about
it long enough, we declared war on the Union. – Chief Dan George

‘We have met the enemy and he is us.’ – Pogo

    ‘small minorities of the community.’

Only small minorities are willing to fight back. It is decadence. The masses of people are too comfortable to risk losing it all as their country –
the ‘sceptred isle,’ – is freely handed over to murderous strangers. Government’s position is surrender. Chamberlains in charge.

Seriously, ‘stand together here in Greater Manchester against the hate-filled views’ is aimed at the people of Manchester. Don’t stand together against the killers, stand together against your own people.

No one would believe the plot to this if a novel.

  12. “2 dead, plus one suicided bomber, and 120 injured.”

THAT is a hate crime, not someone saying something beastly about another, and one that actually happened not just ‘reported’

Because lighting domestic demographic fires is a religious form of noblesse oblige, every Western leader keeps striking the match while making sure it’s some other poor fuck who ends up in a hearse. And that’s not cheap. A massive security apparatus must be erected and maintained as a prophylactic to prevent important people from being burned and unimportant people from complaining about it.

  14. Are we actually paying these fucks to do this shite?

Guess police commissioners were meant to solve this problem, next election run should be pretty simple – ‘do you want the police to investigate crime or the English?’
