Now this I do not understand

Carer stabs man 12 times in homophobic rage after they have sex
He shouted “I’m not f***ing gay” after losing his temper when the man declined more sex

Helloo?

Even this doesn’t help:

Liverpool Crown Court heard

I thought Scousers were layabout tealeaves, not thick as pigshit?

  1. From the article:
“But he sobbed as a judge rejected his claims, then tore off his electronic tag and hurled it across the courtroom.”

Even judges are wearing tags in Liverpool? And we’re not supposed to stereotype?

  2. Quote: “I thought Scousers were layabout tealeaves, not thick as pigshit?”

What makes you think that the two criteria are mutually exclusive?

    @Hallowed Be:

Or whose shirt was lifted and who bit the pillow?

  3. and its’ very odd that he stabbed someone 12 times including in the neck, and the charge he#s found guilty of is mere wounding? I guess he’s established a partial defence to attempted murder of what the campaigners in US call gay panic. I mean i’m sort of with the campaigners on this, it sounds like a special defence for the hetero normies, but thinking about its just a technical argument saying the intent wasn’t equivalent to a cold blooded stabbing.

  4. The court heard Taylor wanted to have sex a different way, which the victim said was “not his thing”.

Too many journalists assume that we don’t want the gory details, so instead they just leave us guessing. (The Daily Mail is the one paper that gets this right.)

  5. @dearieme, that actually makes it better (for certain very limited values of the word “better”)

I read this “Carer stabs man 12 times” and assumed that the victim was the carer’s patient. So it’s a relief to find out that the patient/carer relationship is not also, ummm…., violated.

    So that’s ok.

A lesbian who lived in Khartoum
Invited a poof to her room
Where they spent the whole night
    In the cattiest fight
Over who should do what, and to whom.
