Our education system has been colonised by SJWs and CMS, so yes the education system does need to be decolonised.

Our educational structures and institutions are derived from the medieval monastic organisation. Monasteries were the study centres of their day, and they are where the concept of academic investigation was developed.
And they were, of course, run by the Catholic Church in Rome – an external power base which had moved into many countries and taken over the reins of power from the local native authorities. Henry VIII freed us from this colonialism, so I would say that our academic institutions have already been decolonised…
I would approve of removing all non-English people from England. That is the kind of de-colonisation they mean….?

I think this is a misreading of history, both at the micro and macro level.
On a day to day basis, it’s unlikely the monasteries and universities had much to do with Rome. They were founded, funded and run by English Catholics, doing English Catholic stuff as they saw fit.
I also think it’s wrong to describe Catholicism or Christianity in general as if it was something done to local native authorities.
They were the local native authorities, and Henry was so proud of being FID. DEF. that his successor monarchs retained the title.
All of Western Civilization must go. People won’t allow that. So they go after it incrementally. Today the schools, tomorrow the churches.

A union of students is an odd concept. People who still need education making demands upon the teachers. Or else what?
We did not have any colonies when *my* university was founded, nor dearieme’s current one (I don’t know about his original one, not being a historian).
Actually we were defending our shores from Danish would-be colonists when Oxford was founded.so we were anti-colonialists
