This Guardian thing on disinfo black ops

I’m not about to do anything as boring as actually read the stuff. But the general complaint is?

People do political PR all the time. What does anyone think the varied reports by Oxfam, FoE and all the rest are? Attempts to influence politics by making stuff up, obviously.

So, what actually is the real complaint here from The G? That people they don’t like have been good at it this past couple of cycles? Anytihng else?

Just as a comparison. Obama’s command of online media was widely praised. Trump was better at it – online was disinformation. Shrug.

  1. As near as I can tell, it’s all about this wicked Israeli bloke, Tal Hanan, bragging that he’s just super at getting you elected/putting you into power.

I tend to take all advertising with a grain of salt.

But I’ll concede that I didn’t read it all either.
