Completely off-topic but I thought the story below (two brides given lift by police to wedding after coach breaks down) was a bit odd. Two brides? Ah, turns out it’s a same sex couple getting married, which usually summons up images of two munters you wouldn’t want in any fantasy, no matter how depraved your imagination.
But, you know what. I wouldn’t mind if they released a video of their conjugals.
St Johns Rd, Hedge End, is less than 10 minutes drive from where I live. I’d have given them a lift if I’d have known.

That’s exactly the sort of lesbinumism we can get behind… All the makings of a great, erm, ‘specialist’ movie.
Looking at the two WPCs I would say that giving lifts to the general public is probably the sort community work they are best suited to. Can’t see two 100lb birds are going to fight crime, or prevent it.
